Art Show Forms





This page links to the various forms involved with showing and selling art in our Art Show. We currently have the list of rules as well as the registration and release forms available. Shortly, we will also make available the panel and Print Shop control forms available for download. These forms all should arrive with the Art Show Invitation packets, but in case you didn't receive one, need extras, or your pet of choice ate them, here they are.



The Release and Registration forms are designed to print out on one page (8-1/2" by 11") for both your convenience and ours. If they seem to want to use more paper, try turning off headers and footers and reduce margins to 1/2" or less. If you have no printer, or it simply won't work right, email Lacey and we will either send you forms via snail mail or make other arrangements
The forms are also available now to be downloaded as Adobe Acrobat (pdf) documents.
